What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
Notting Hill / North Kensington is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in London. I've lived here for two decades; there is nowhere else I'd want to live.
We are blessed with excellent amenities, green areas near by; in particular fantastic eateries - especially local High Streets such as Westbourne Grove, the world famous Portobello Road and the even better Golborne Road.
The range of food you can find in this area is unmatched in any other area of London.
You can also eat well on a budget. But if you want to splash out, it has some of the best restaurants in London as well.
I am happy to give you some recommendations and usually I would go out for lunch at least once with any guests who stay with me.
The neighbourhood is clean and welcoming and the block is very tidy. We have recently had a block built opposite us so all the annoying construction work has finished.
The flat is very warm and clean. We have a cleaner coming in every month. This means we would split a small charge each month on a Cleaner.
I’ve had very positive feedback from all my previous guests who have hailed from everywhere from Spain to Lebanon to Zimbabwe and look forward to welcoming you in my flat if you decide to book. Kind Regards, Chris
