A furnished 20-bedroom house share on Falkland Road. This house has 8 En-suite bedrooms and 12 non-ensuite bedrooms. The non-ensuite bedrooms have a bathroom to share with only 1 other tenant as there are 6 bathrooms allocated to every 2 rooms.
This property features a fully equipped communal kitchen with 4 hobs and ovens and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers for the tenants to use.
There is a small outside area next to the Kitchen which is used for a smoking area with space for 2 bicycles max.
For the heating, there is a control valve on individual heaters in each bedroom.
It is set just a short walk to Turnpike Lane Underground Station as well as Hornsey Station.
