Special payment policy: You will have to sign up to an ongoing monthly payment with direct debit, your landlord will explain this once your booking is confirmed. This requires a UK bank account.
If you are a student you will need to pay 3 months rent upfront (first and 2 last months of the tenancy)
Landlord won´t accept any check out between 1st December to 15th January

3 month´s UK or international bank statements
3 last month's UK payslips (from current job)

How to book
Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
