- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

- The license agreement must be signed, references must be finalized and the security deposit and first month amount of the license fee( minus the holding deposit) must be paid within 3 to 4 days of booking acceptance.
- Additional documentation (to be sent within 5 business days of your booking confirmation):
- ID / Passport
- Work Contract (if you're a professional)
- Recent Paychecks / Bank Statement (3 months, if you're a professional)
- University Acceptance letter (if you're a student)
- Guarantor with an income of 3.5 times the monthly license fee ( If you are a student, your earnings are lower than 2.5 times the license fee, or if you have started your job less than 6 months ago)

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
