Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It’s a very chill house with a lovely view to the shard. It's furnished and has wifi :)

Private rooms with double beds, some with desks and large wardrobe. Private toilet next to the bedroom for bedroom 2 (no shower). Bathroom with shower is shared with one other person. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and more. The washer-dryer is located in a storage room. Short walk to London Bridge (Tube, Trains, etc), and Borough Station. Walking distance to Tower Bridge and central London. Apartment is spread of more than one floor and has several bathrooms. Shared with young flatmates working in creative field (film, photography, events, etc).

Payment policy: After confirming the booking on Spotahome, the contract must be signed with the landlord. Prior to check-in, the landlord will also request the payment of the deposit and the first month of rent, upon signing the contract. Subsequent rent payments are to be made on or before the 2nd day of the month immediately preceding the one it refers to.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
