NO CHECK OUTS IN DECEMBER OR FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY
If your booking is for less than 5 weeks, you need to pay all in advance.
Check-in/out:
Check-in hours: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 17:00
Check-out at 10 am
Special check-in hours can be arranged upon the disponibility of the staff and at an extra fee
The contract will be signed at the landlord´s office on your check in day
The maximum initial term is 3 months but you can extend your stay after that by providing enough notice to the landlord
Documents to provide (please email this to your landlord as soon as your booking is confirmed) :
Passport/Visa/ (Pre)settled status if needed.
Guarantor letter if you are a student or unemployed
3 months' payslip or bank statement if you are a professional to prove you can pay the rent
No more than one week between the available date and the check-in day is allowed.
If you do not complete the documentation successfully, you will need to pay for the whole rent upfront.

Find your home 100% online
With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
