A stone’s throw away from Greenwich, an absolute must-see for anyone living in London with landmarks such as the Cutty Sark, beautiful green spaces and lots of places to eat and drink, it is the ultimate place for all 758 students to enjoy.

If a weekday check in is needed this will incur a daily rate fee
Once the room is confirmed a Confirmation of Enrolment letter is also sent for your booking confirmation.
Payments:
- Deposit £250 to be paid after confirming the room.
- First instalment to be paid within 5 days of acceptance.
- For more than 16 week bookings, we can provide maximum 3 instalments. 1 Before check-in and others each month after checkin.
- For bookings more than 36 weeks we do provide 6 instalments but with an added cost of 5% on the invoice amount.
Cancellation:
- Post Check-in date : No Cancellation.
- More than 6 weeks before check-in date - Deduction of Bedding and Service fee and Deposit.
- Less than 6 weeks before check-in date - Deduction of Bedding and Service fee and Deposit and 6 weeks of rent

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
