Payments:
Deposit £250 to be paid after confirming the room.
First instalment to be paid within 7 days of acceptance.
For more than 16 week bookings, we can provide 3 or 6 installments (6 installments with a 5% additional rate). E.G 3 installments: 1st within 7 days of booking, 2nd 7 days after check in, 3rd 1.5 months after.
- For bookings under 16 weeks the full rent, deposit and fees are required within 7 days of acceptance.
Cancellation:
Post Check-in date : No Cancellation.
More than 6 weeks before check-in date - Deduction of Bedding and Service fee and Deposit.
- Less than 6 weeks before check-in date - Deduction of Bedding and Service fee and Deposit and 6 weeks of rent
