This studio apartment comes beautifully furnished, with its own kitchen, and bathroom.
There is a communal laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers in the building that works with coins.
Important: Electricity is included for up to £46 per month and water for up to £32 per month. If any utility bill in any given month during the term is in excess of these respective amounts, the Tenant will be responsible for the balance and must reimburse the Landlord for any such excess on demand. Non-essential utilities such as TV licence and satellite are not included.
