THIS PROPERTY IS ONE OF A SET. THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE SOME OTHER ALMOST IDENTICAL UNITS IN THE BUIDLING. WHAT YOU SEE ABOVE MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RENT.

Utilities are an additional £150 per month for studios and £100 per month for rooms, which is paid to the landlord
Electricity is paid by the tenant separately and either works with a power key or it has a cost of 75£ per month
Payment method: cash; bank transfer; debit card, credit card (small fee applies for card payment)
Check-in/out:
Check-in hours: 12:00-18:00 (Monday- Friday)
Check-out hours: before 10:00
