A spacious 40m2 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is available with A/C, ideal for those who would like to live in the centre of Madrid. Located on Calle Velarde, this flat is in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in the city, full of bars, cafés and shops that provide a village-like ambiance in the area. The apartment has a separate living and dining area, which are ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully-furnished with modern appliances which include a coffee machine. The bedroom is cosy and has plenty of storage space for your belongings.
What we liked the most
- This is an interior apartment so tenants will not be disturbed by street noise in this vibrant neighbourhood. Despite being interior, this property gets plenty of natural sunlight as there are windows throughout.
- The apartment has A/C units which also function as heating units, therefore tenants will be comfortable all year round.

The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires a deposit that varies depending on the length of stay. For stays of 1 month, tenants are required to pay a deposit of 200€ . If tenants would like to stay for 2 months or more, they are required to pay 1 month of rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash, bank transaction or credit card. If tenants pay by credit card, they will be charged a fee of 4% of the total price. Pets are permitted if the tenant asks permission from the landlord.
