What we liked the most

  • There is a laundrette next to the building, so tenants can dry their laundry very quickly.
  • The property has a balcony which tenants can enjoy during the summer.
  • This apartment is next to the famous El Rastro market that takes place on Sundays.
  • The stylish kitchen has plenty of worktop surfaces for meal preparation.
  • There is a storage room attached to the kitchen.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 3 and 4, as well as the bathroom, have been recently changed and might look different from the video.
  • The property does not have A/C but there are plenty of windows that let in a natural breeze.
  • Not all bedrooms have windows.
  • The property is on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator
