Está dentro de una coqueta corrala. Está a pocos pasos de la estación de metro de El Carmen, que está en la calle de Alcalá desde la que se ve la Monumental Plaza de Toros. La estación de metro de Gran Vía (centro de la ciudad) está solo a seis paradas de metro. También hay varias paradas de autobús, entre ellas uno que recorre la calle de Alcalá hasta llegar a la Puerta del Sol, a un paso de la Plaza Mayor. El piso está renovado hace poco tiempo. Suele estar siempre alquilado.
