This luxury 1-bedroom apartment has an area of 50m2 and is elegantly decorated from the living room to the kitchen. Each room is made unique decorated with incredible photos of Madrid. The balcony fills the living room with natural light and coupled with the glass table for 4 makes this area a perfect place to relax or entertain guests.

Located in the city center, the apartment is minutes away from some of Madrid's most popular locations. The property is located on a quiet street, but you have Puerta del Sol and Plaza Opera nearby when in need of activity. When looking for the right bar you can find Plaza de Santa Ana and Calle Huertas close by as well. If you want to be in the middle of all the action, this is the place for you.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is in a very central location, in walking distance to Sol, El Teatro Real, and Plaza Opera.
  • There is a balcony, which also has a great view of the neighborhood.
  • The bathroom is completely renovated.
  • You have the option to hang dry your clothes out on the balcony or on strings hanging in the indoor patio.
  • The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, heating, and a TV.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is found in the corridor and equipped with a mini refrigerator.
