Hay muchas cafeterías y restaurantes, supermercados, teatros, polideportivo/gimnasios, tiendas, farmacias…por la zona. Reformado y con muebles nuevos. Presenta mucho espacio de almacenaje (armarios empotrados, cama de matrimonio con canapé…)
