1. Excellent location: Located 300 metres from Canillas metro station, 3 metro stations from the airport and 15 minutes walk to Ifema. 30 minutes by metro to Puerta del Sol and the centre of Madrid. 20 minutes from the Salamanca district.
2. Tranquility and comfort: Unlike accommodation in crowded areas, our flat offers you a quiet and familiar atmosphere.
3. Comfortable rooms: With two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and the other with a single bed, our flat is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. You will rest peacefully after an exciting day exploring the city.
6. Kitchen: Do you love cooking or do you prefer to prepare your own breakfast? Our fully equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy the local gastronomy and save on meals out.
7. The flat is available for temporary stays for students and professionals coming to Madrid for long stays. You can consult me.
