This 3-bedroom apartment covers 80 m2 and is stylishly furnished. The apartment has heaps of charm, with exposed brick walls, funky lamps, and high ceilings. There is an equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and an interior patio for drying clothes.

Moncloa is located near Ciudad Universitaria, which makes this spot very popular with students. This area of Madrid is close to the action, well connected to the rest of the city by public transport, and has plenty of excellent restaurants and bars.

What we liked the most

  • Moncloa is an excellent neighbourhood and within walking distance of the best Madrid has to offer.
  • Bedroom 1 has an enormous wardrobe for your outfits, coats, slacks, and ensembles.
  • There is a controllable, efficient 'green heat' heating system installed throughout the apartment.
  • The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, and stove top.
  • There is an interior patio, where you have strings to dry your clothes.

Things to keep in mind

  • 1 of the 2 stoves in the kitchen does not work.
  • This apartment does not have an oven.
  • The radiators seen in the video are not functioning, instead the apartment uses a 'green heat' heating system.
