Spotahome's opinion
This modern and stylish 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Fuente del Berro. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen/living area with a large sofa that converts to a double bed. There is also a dining table and a desk, and the room is very nicely decorated. There is a balcony with a small table that looks onto the street. The kitchen has an electric oven with a stove, and a large fridge, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom is very modern and stylish, and has a large shower space.
You will be living in one of the more exclusive areas of Madrid, as Fuente del Berro is an area of Salamanca. Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, which is a beautiful building, and Madrid's most important bullring is a 10-minute walk. If you don't like bullfighting, it also doubles as a concert venue and has hosted bands such as Muse. For shopping and dining, head to nearby Calle Alcala, where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Follow it to the southwest and you will find yourself in the heart of Salamanca, with some of the most upmarket shopping and dining in the city.
What we liked the most
- Quinta De La Fuente Del Berro, a lovely park with gardens, ponds, and a gallery, is just a minute's walk from the apartment.
- The bathroom is really modern and stylish.
- You will live very close to Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, the city's most important bullring.
- We like that although the bathroom is ensuite, the layout of the apartment means that guest will not have to go through your bedroom to use the bathroom, maintaining your privacy.
