It’s renovated. Everything is new.

The kitchen has all the toys: oven, stove, large fridge, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Plenty of storage space too.

You have 2 bathrooms. Good for when you have guests.

It’s near upscale, trendy, and chic Salamanca. All of which explain why it’s one of Madrid's most desirable areas. Quality restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes are all around you.
