This 83 m², 2-bedroom apartment in Madrid city center is a beautiful property from 1915 that has been recently refurbished. From the moment you step into the entrance you feel a cozy atmosphere paired with an elegant decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new energy-saving appliances, and the bathroom is fully renovated. From the polished wood flooring to the beautiful artwork and furniture pieces, this is a fresh and modern ready-to-move-in home.

The apartment is located in the very heart of Madrid city center, in the most central of locations. You are less than a 15-minute walk to the lively Puerta del Sol and withing walking distance to the Atocha train station. If the art in the apartment inspires you, you can take a nice stroll to visit the Prado, Reina Sofia, and Thyssen museums.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently refurbished and has a kitchen with new energy-saving appliances.
  • The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable couch, coffee table, shelving, a dining table, and a large flat-screen TV.
  • The couch in the living room is a sofa-bed and can also be used as a recliner.
  • Bedroom 1 has its own corridor entrance furnished with a huge built-in closet.
  • The bathroom comes with a spacious shower with a waterfall shower head and a bathroom fan.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a lot of storage space.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • The apartment is in the heart of Madrid – less than 15 minutes to Sol, surrounded by the Prado, Thyssen, and Reina Sofia museums, and within walking distance of the Atocha train station.

Things to keep in mind

  • The property is an interior apartment, however you still receive plenty of natural light in addition to having a very peaceful atmosphere.
