A modern 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent next to the beautiful Retiro Park. The property is spacious and tastefully decorated, and it is just 30 seconds from the Retiro. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, and a large fridge. The bathroom is small but practical, and it has a lovely glass shower with a double shower-head in it. The property has lots of storage space, and it also has plenty of room for tenants to relax or host guests. Plus, the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed.
The Retiro neighborhood is one of Madrid's most luxurious places to live. Home to the eponymous Retiro Park, residents of this neighborhood enjoy long walks through the large park, excellent restaurants, chic cafes, bars, and plenty of shops. Well-connected by public transportation, residents of Retiro have the best of Madrid close by.
