The bathroom is clean and has a contemporary look, and it has a large bathtub in it.
The apartment is located in the upscale Retiro neighborhood, near the Menéndez Pelayo metro station. Within walking distance of Madrid's iconic Retiro Park, residents of this district are within close distance of the Atocha train station, which is just 1 metro stop from the property.
