Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) The living room is modern and has been decorated with a lot of style and personality. The wall-to-wall mirror amplifies the space and provides an avant-garde atmosphere. The kitchen is American style, is fully equipped and has all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking. The night area has 1 bedroom with a double bed and built-in closets. The bathroom is complete and has a large shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The rental price includes all supplies (water, gas, electricity and wifi).
The neighborhood: Located in an area with many services and good connection to the center. A few steps from the station "Tetuán" (line 1) and next to the Municipal Market of Tetuán.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
