It is an elegant and modern apartment with doorman service located in a newly renovated Promotion on Paseo de la Castellana, in one of the most exclusive and characteristic areas of Madrid. Perfect to live as a couple or alone. It is a fully furnished and decorated with quality materials, as well as equipped with all kinds of appliances, furniture and household items, ready to move in. It has magnificent and luxurious common areas such as gym, multipurpose room and outdoor pool perfect to enjoy them in free time, plus three elevators and chair lift suitable for the disabled. The apartment is exterior, very bright, and consists of an entrance hall with closet, two rooms a bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with a sofa, TV and windows overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with washer-dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. It has top quality finishes, wooden floors, aluminum carpentry, electric shutters, heat pump and cold ducts, central heating and storage room on the 11th floor, with the possibility of renting a parking space in the same building. Also equipped with electronic lock to access the apartment without the need of a key.
The rental price is 2200 € and the cost of supplies (water, electricity, heating, and wifi) are already included for up to 150 € of usage. Any amount on top of that will be charged additionally to your monthly rent payments.The building has apartments that are marketed as conventional rentals (unfurnished) and temporary rental apartments (furnished and utilities included).
In addition, the property has good communication by car, as it has immediate access to the M-30 freeway, and by public transport, because it is just a few minutes from L1 Plaza Castilla and only 6 minutes walk from the Cuzco stop of the Madrid metro (L10), as well as having several buses. The area has all the necessary stores and services, schools, hospitals and also large green areas to enjoy, such as the Cuarto Depósito park, the gardens of San Fernando and the Agustín Rodríguez Sahagún park.
