Spotahome's opinion
This pretty and cosy 1-bedroom apartment is for rent on Calle Irlandeses in La Latina. The apartment is very attractively decorated, and is quite spacious. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, even including an oven, which is rare in Madrid. Everything in the apartment is modern, and it is clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a comfortable home.
La Latina is a one of the cool areas of the city, and home to the world famous El Rastro market, which takes place on Sundays just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Here you can shop for bargains to decorate your life, and there's plenty of other places to shop nearby too. The location is very central, with Plaza Mayor about a 10-minute walk away, and there is plenty to see and do in the area.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fantastic, and has an oven!
- We love the decor in the property, very cool, and very cosy.
- You will be living just around the corner from El Rastro market.
- From this central location, most of Madrid can be reached on foot.
