What we liked the most

  • The interior of the property is exceptionally bright, stylish and clean.
  • The apartment has plenty of personality, complete with unique floor tiling and high ceilings which add space.
  • The living room has one of the largest L-shaped sofas in existence.
  • There are 2 balconies in the apartment; they can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.
  • El Rastro market is very near the apartment.
  • La Latina metro station is under 30 seconds from the apartment, but you can walk to the city centre without a problem.

Things to keep in mind

  • The TV in the bedroom may be small in the video, but the landlord says he will add a modern TV very soon.
  • There is no washing machine in the apartment, but you will find a launderette just in front of the building.
