A stylish, 42m ², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Madrid's coveted La Latina neighborhood. The interior of this property is exceptionally elegant and bright, decorated with trendy furniture, high ceilings, and artistic floor tiles. The apartment has a very spacious living room which features a huge L-shaped sofa which can be converted into a comfortable bed for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances necessary for convenient cooking.
This apartment can be found on Calle de San Millán, which is less than 30 seconds from the La Latina metro station. The local area is characterised by quirky bars, famous tapas restaurants, vibrant shops and small music venues. You will be living very near El Rastro - Spain's largest flea market which takes place every Sunday and public holiday.
What we liked the most
- The interior of the property is exceptionally bright, stylish and clean.
- The apartment has plenty of personality, complete with unique floor tiling and high ceilings which add space.
- The living room has one of the largest L-shaped sofas in existence.
- There are 2 balconies in the apartment; they can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.
- El Rastro market is very near the apartment.
- La Latina metro station is under 30 seconds from the apartment, but you can walk to the city centre without a problem.
