This 70 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in lively Chueca provides a cozy and stylish home. The apartment is very elegant with an all white theme, complemented by the beautiful wooden detailing and designer-style furniture pieces. You have an open-concept kitchen and living room, creating a big space perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. The bathroom is fully renovated with an elegant sink and large shower. The living room and bedroom open up to a French balcony, keeping the property bright and fresh.

Chueca is know for being the gay-friendly district of Madri, but is also one of the best places for shopping and dining out. If you enjoy some Sunday afternoon shopping, then you are in luck; Fuencarral Street, one of the few commercial areas open on Sundays, is less than 1-minute from the apartment.
