This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Chamberí is perfect for couples, professionals, and postgraduates. The apartment face the interior of the building, but has fresh white walls and light wooden flooring making it feel bigger and brighter. There is a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm).
The Chamberí neighborhood is known for being well-connected to the rest of the city and for having a lively neighborhood atmosphere. It is easy to find plenty of bars where they welcome regulars, happy to see familiar faces every day. Just a 15-minute walk from the apartment you also have big name stores such as El Corte Inglés to satisfy your shopping needs. The IE Business School is also just 15 minutes' walk away.
