El apartamento está situado en la mejor zona del centro de Madrid, en la famosa calle Preciados, junto a Gran Vía y plaza Callao. Está todo reformado y tiene buenas vistas con muchísima luz. Es un apartamento tranquilo y acogedor con buenos aislamientos. Los vecinos son muy respetuosos con el silencio y la tranquilidad y no permiten eventos o reuniones con ruido. Tampoco está permitido la ocupación de más de dos personas o ceder el uso a otra persona. Internet es rápida.

This charming 1-bedroom apartment in Madrid City Centre is stylishly decorated and has lovely wooden floors. The spacious 70 m² property offers an open plan kitchen and living area and a modern bathroom.
The apartment has a fantastic central location only 6 minutes on foot from Puerta del Sol. This area offers plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and public transport options, and is within walking distance of some of the city's main attractions.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated throughout.
- The stylish living area has a flat screen TV which can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
- The Plaza Mayor, Opera, the Gran Via, and Parque del Oeste are within walking distance of the apartment.
