Junto a la estación de Atocha con acceso al transporte público hasta el aeropuerto (metro, bus y cercanías) y parada de taxi junto al portal. Perfecto para dos personas o una pareja y un amigo/a. El apartamento es exterior con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Tiene dos dormitorios, salón comedor, un baño completo y cocina equipada. Está en un edificio protegido tipo “corrala” característico de Madrid con ascensor. El barrio es céntrico se puede ir andando al centro hay supermercados, gimnasio, bancos, restaurantes…

A bright, 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment with AC and a balcony is available to rent in Madrid's Atocha area. The interior of the property is cosy, and decorated with interesting artwork from all over the world. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

This apartment is situated on Paseo de las Delicias, one of Madrid's main streets in the south-east. You'll be living very close to the vibrant, cultural Lavapiés neighbourhood, and the Retiro Park is also a short distance away. Atocha Cercanias rail station is less than 10 minutes away, from here you can access many different cities in Spain.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is bright, modern and decorated with interesting furniture.

  • The property has a large living room which is connected to the balcony.
  • Atocha train station is less than 10 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • In bedroom 2, you can either have a single bed or a set of twin beds.
  • Bedroom 2 has no window.
