This bright and modern 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Calle Lagasca in Salamanca. The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen / living area, a bedroom with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a huge terrace, with views over the rooftops of the city, and which has plenty of space for you to enjoy a relaxing meal in the sun with friends. The fittings and furnishings in the apartment are all modern and new.
Salamanca is one of the most desirable areas to live in the city. Not only is it well connected, with several metro stations in the district, and some of the major thoroughfares of the city bordering it, it is also a very upmarket district, full of good restaurants, classy bars, and boutique designer stores. Retiro Park borders the southern edge of the district, and Calle de Alcalá, one of the main shopping streets of the city, runs through it.
What we liked the most
- We love the huge roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing, and dining al fresco.
- You will have AC, a must in Madrid's sweltering summers.
- You can find all the shopping, dining, drinking, and everything else you might need nearby - Salamanca has everything.
- It is just a 10-15 minute stroll to El Parque del Buen Retiro, one of the largest and most beloved parks of the city.
