This 58 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Atocha area has beautiful wood flooring, wooden beams, and multiple balconies. The apartment is very modern with stylish decor from the artwork to the light fixtures. There is 1 en-suite bedroom and another full bathroom. The living room and kitchen have an open-layout with an elegant round dining table.

The apartment is in a great location in the neighborhood of Atocha, minutes from a metro station and with a grocery store just steps away. You have the Atocha train station a short bus ride or walk away, convenient for getting around Madrid or traveling around Spain.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has high ceilings complemented by wooden beams.
  • Both bedrooms have an AC unit.
  • Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
  • The apartment is steps away from the famous Spanish supermarket chain, Mercadona, as well as the traditional Santa María de la Cabeza market.
  • The kitchen has a toasted sandwich maker.
  • There are two balconies.
  • You also are only a 25-minute walk to the famous Retiro Park.
