Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y confortable. El piso está situado en una calle tranquila sin comercios con todas las comodidades a pocos minutos andando (farmacia, gimnasio, supermercados, lavandería, fruterías, restaurantes, etc...). Aparcar es gratis en la zona y no cuesta demasiado encontrar un hueco. Conexiones con el centro y otras zonas de la ciudad por las estaciones de metro de La Almudena y Ascao, además de varias líneas de autobús.
