This stylish 1-bedroom apartment in Madrid City Centre has a modern bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area. The 40 m² property is interior and is equipped with central AC and heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
The apartment is located on Calle de Cervantes, in an area considered one of the nicest to live in Madrid. Antón Martín market, Paseo del Prado, Banco de España, Sol and many of the city's main attractions are within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and receives plenty of natural light.
- The modern bathroom has a large mirror and good storage.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher.
- The apartment is just steps from Retiro park.

- The kitchen does not have an oven but it is otherwise well equipped to cook.
