Calefacción por radiadores en todas las estancias y aire acondicionado por conducto. Dos baños completos con ducha, lavabo y WC. La habitación principal es muy espaciosa con cama de 150 cm, armarios empotrados, descalzador y vistas a la piscina. El salón y la habitación cuentan con ventanas motorizadas con mando a distancia. La segunda habitación está habilitada como despacho para tele trabajar aunque se podría poner una segunda cama individual. Dispone de garaje privado con mando, ascensor, portero 24 hrs y piscina para adultos y niños.
