Fantástico dúplex en Sol.

Genial dúplex ubicado en un ático, planta 4ª, en finca con ascensor. Cuentas con espaciosa sala de estar y comedor para compartir con amigos. En el piso superior tienes el dormitorio con cama matrimonial.

Esta propiedad se encuentra en el centro de Madrid, con distintos teatros, tiendas y bares alrededor. Tiene la estación de metro Sevilla (línea 2) a 2 min caminando y la estación Sol (línea 1, 2 y 3) a 6 min.

Al momento de desocupar la propiedad debes pagar 70€ para la limpieza. No está permitido fumar.

Great duplex located in an attic, 4th floor, in building with elevator. It have a spacious living room and dining room to share with friends. On the upper floor it's the bedroom with a double bed.

This property is located in the center of Madrid, with different theaters, shops and bars around. It has the Sevilla metro station (line 2) at 2 minutes walk and Sol station (line 1, 2 and 3) at 6 minutes.

In the check out you must pay 70€ for cleaning. It is not allowed to smoke.
