This 30 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in La Latina take advantage of each square meter. The living room is the brightest room opening up onto a balcony overlooking the street below. There is a small staircase which leads to the bedroom area, located right above the small but equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood, a few minutes' walk to the metro stop and right across the street from the Mercado de La Cebada. Known for its many delicious tapas bars, you will be tempted to eat out every chance you get.
What we liked the most
- The living room has high ceilings, which makes it appear bigger.
- The AC unit is perfect for both the hot summer and cold winters.
- There is a flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom has a shower with massage jets.
- The location can't be beat!
Things to keep in mind
- The building does not have an elevator.
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and stove.
- There is a very low ceiling in the bedroom area.
