This 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is a renovated property in the posh Salamanca district. The apartment has elegant white furnishings and dark hardwood floors, providing a cozy atmosphere. The living room is the central point of the apartment leading to a large bedroom, equipped kitchen, and elegant bathroom.

The apartment is located in the upscale and trendy neighborhood of Salamanca. The area is a grid of streets, which makes it easy to navigate. You have a metro stop a few minutes' walk away, as well as plenty of boutiques, bars, and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • There is AC in the living room – necessary for summer!
  • The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe.
  • The kitchen is modern and comes with a dishwasher.
  • The bathroom is spacious and has an elegant vanity.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
  • Although the apartment is interior the white decor and windows create a bright environment.
