What we liked the most

  • The floor tiling adds a lot of character, as well as the brick-style walls in the bathroom.
  • A portable AC unit is included to keep you cool during the hot Madrid summers. (The Spanish name for these is "pingüino". It means penguin. Isn't that just the cutest?)
  • Having guests will never be a problem, with the sofa-bed in the living room.
  • The kitchen is small but still comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and a laundry room.
  • The Universidad Pontificia Comillas is a 5-minute walk away.
  • You have everything within walking distance, but also have 3 metro lines nearby.
