You'll love this 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Calle de Matilde Diez in Chamartín. Fully-furnished, fully-equipped, and fully stylish, this is an interior apartment with class. Confidently decorated throughout with taste and panache, all of the fittings and furnishings are new, and the artwork and colour choices are tasteful, creating a welcoming new home as soon as you move in. And there's a balcony overlooking a grassy courtyard. What more could you ask for?
You'll be living in a busier area of the Chamartín district, close to lots of shopping, as well as plenty of places to eat and drink, and other useful amenities.
What we liked the most
- Huge TV. Movie nights will be great!
- We love the big dining table with cells from comic strips.
- The property overlooks a tranquil courtyard. No noise here!
- Parque de Berlín, a beautiful park with relics from the fall of the Berlin wall is just a few minute's walk away. Spend a day relaxing in the sun, and visit a little piece of history while you do.
