There is a stylish 42 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the upscale neighborhood of Salamanca. The main room is open-concept, with a kitchen corner and colorful and cozy living room. There is plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a circular glass table. The bedroom has a large double bed and an AC unit.
Salamanca is considered one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid and Calle Lagasca is at heart of it. You have shops such as El Corte Inglés, Zara, and H&M nearby. There are also plenty of tapas bars to try every weekend.
What we liked the most
- There is AC in the living room and bedroom – a must for Madrid summers!
- The living room is well-decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV.
- The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a full-length mirror.
- The apartment is within a 5-minute walk of popular shopping streets and 2 metro stops.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small, but is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and washing machine.
