_On the second floor, we've created a communal coliving area to encourage interaction among residents. This area is equipped with a 60-inch television so you can enjoy your favorite shows or organize movie nights with your neighbors. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax, while the workspace allows you to stay productive even outside of your apartment._
_Heading up to the third floor, you'll find our shared laundry facility. Here, you can conveniently wash your clothes using coins. This shared service makes the task of laundry easier and fosters a sense of community among residents_

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
