La casa está en el barrio de Arturo Soria, una de las zonas más arboladas y tranquilas de la ciudad. Si te gusta la luz natural, el piso es totalmente exterior y muy luminoso, contando además con un gran ventanal en el salón que tiene vistas despejadas y da acceso a una terraza donde disfrutar del sol del atardecer.
El salón es amplio y agradable y el dormitorio dispone de unos estupendos armarios y una comodísima cama de 160x200 con el cabecero debajo de la ventana.
La comunidad dispone de un tranquilo jardín y una piscina para compartir entre muy pocos vecinos.
A pesar de encontrarse en un barrio tranquilo está muy bien comunicada y además podrás encontrar todo lo que necesites a pocos minutos caminando.
A 7 minutos andando está la estación de metro Arturo Soria que conecta en línea directa con algunos de los barrios del centro más emblemáticos de Madrid como el Barrio de Salamanca, Alonso Martínez y Malasaña. Y a 300 m hay un centro comercial con tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes y agradables terrazas para comer o tomar café.
El video y las fotografías se han realizado mientras vivíamos en la casa pero cuando entres a vivir la casa estará despejada y habremos retirado la mayoría de los adornos y objetos personales. Permanecerán todos los muebles, cuadros, plantas, algunos libros en las estanterías y por supuesto todo el equipamiento para vivir.
