Magnifico piso en edificio recientemente reformado. Calle super tranquila, pero a dos minutos del barrio de Malasaña, San Bernardo, Gran Via. Perfecta ubicación. Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor con mucha luz. Es pequeño, pero debido a ser el ultimo piso se han construido dos habitaciones en las zonas altas de los techos, que junto con la de la planta baja hacen tres habitaciones. Por lo demás, tiene mucho encanto.
