It features three generously-sized rooms, two private balconies, and a stylish and contemporary kitchen. The shared bathroom is clean, tidy and immaculate! This apartment has been thoughtfully planned to maximise privacy and prioritise space!
Located in one of Madrid's most diverse and intensely interesting neighbourhoods, this gorgeous apartment is nestled in an area that's dotted with parks and plazas, where there are a ton of super cute cafes and a broad selection of restaurants, both national and international. Centrally positioned, there are plenty of transport options!
What we liked the most
- The decorations and furnishings in this apartment have clearly been selected with an eye for detail, a lot of style, and an artistic flair that's second to none! Honestly, this is Pinterest come to life! Stunning!
- There is so much natural light in this apartment! We loved that every corner is fresh, open, and bright!
- The bedrooms have been thoughtfully planned and expertly executed with an emphasis on comfort and practicality.
- The stylish and tasteful essence extends into the bathroom! It is well lit, well ventilated, with contemporary finishes and modern installations.

- There is not a shared living room in this property. However, rooms are spacious and comfortable!

Those balconies are almost too nice not to share. Luckily enough, living here, you'll get to share it with the landlord who is polite, respectful, a lawyer, and super sporty (running buddy?!).
