Todo el piso es exterior y consta de un amplio dormitorio con armario empotrados, un segundo dormitorio con armario y una cama individual, un baño y un salón con cocina americana. Consta con todo tipo de comodidades: aire acondicionado (salón), aspiradora sin cable, microondas, horno, lavavajillas. La calefacción es individual por gas natural. Gracias a su orientación tiene mucha luz a lo largo de todo el día. La zona es muy tranquila, metro mas cercano Esperanza (línea 4) a 5 minutos andando y Pinar del Rey (línea 8) que lleva directamente al aeropuerto y a la zona de IFEMA. También esta muy cerca de Arturo Soria donde se puede encontrar todo tipo de facilidades: colegios, hospitales, farmacias, supermercados. Es ideal si necesita un hogar confortable en Madrid bien comunicado con cualquier zona, pero lejos del caos."
