Este estupendo apartamento de dos dormitorios cuenta con todo lo necesario para que vuestra estancia en Madrid sea inolvidable, su mayor sorpresa es su gran terraza con vistas panorámicas a la ciudad, perfecta para disfrutar de un desayuno, comida o cena al aire libre.
Uno de los dormitorios está equipado con una cama doble, y el otro con dos camas individuales. En el salón encontramos un sofá cama.
La cocina está equipada con: Frigorífico y congelador, horno, fogones, lavadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, ollas y sartenes, platos, cubiertos y gran variedad de utensilios de cocina para preparar tus mejores recetas durante tu estancia temporal en Madrid.
También cuenta con una zona de comedor independiente al salón.

One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, and the other with 2 single beds. In the living room we find a sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with: Refrigerator and freezer, oven, stove, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and a wide variety of kitchen utensils to prepare your best recipes.
It also has a dining area separate from the living room.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Among the amenities we find: Free Wifi, sheets, towels and free toiletries.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, this being the highest floor. There is no elevator so access is via stairs.
Things to keep in mind
PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION SO THE TERRACE IS PARTIALLY COVERED AND THERE ARE BUILDERS CARRYING OUT WORK THAT CAN START FROM 8AM TO 8PM
