This is a stylish, modern apartment, available to rent on Calle de Don Ramón de la Cruz, in the chic Salamanca district. The 55 m², 2-bedroom apartment has a contemporary feel, and new fittings and furnishings throughout. The views are all interior, meaning that this will be a peaceful place to live. And with AC in every room, it will be a lovely cool temperature too!

Full of upmarket restaurants and boutique stores, Salamanca is a place to live if you want a taste of the high life. You'll find excellent local shopping, with plenty of specialist grocery stores alongside the more standard supermarkets. And the streets will tend to be calm, wide, and tree lined, lovely for an evening stroll.

What we liked the most

  • There is AC in each room, which will be very welcome on hot summer nights.
  • The apartment is clean and contemporary, and decorated in a modern, minimal style.
  • In this area you'll be surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city. Careful though, they may well have a price to match!
  • One of the best things about Salamanca is its proximity to the beloved Parque del Buen Retiro. You can walk there in about 10-15 minutes.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
  • The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed!
