There is a designer-style 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid City Center. The 43 m² apartment has a rectangular shape, but has a beautiful and practical design taking advantage of all the available space. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances and beautiful wooden counter tops. The living room has a comfy couch with a big smart TV – great for a movie night. There is a spacious bedroom and bathroom and access to a small balcony.
If the apartment's design isn't enough, then the location will be sure to grab your attention. On Calle del Desengaño, the apartment is minutes from the famous and lively Gran Vía avenue, as well as on the border of the trendy and hip Malasaña district. You are within walking distance of great shopping, great cinema, and even better tapas bars.
What we liked the most
- There are 2 AC units to ensure you stay cool during summer.
- The bedroom opens up onto a small balcony.
- The couch can turn into a big and comfortable double bed.
- Not only do you have a 55¨smart TV, but it comes with a Netflix subscription.
- We love the breakfast bar – stylish and it can be used for storage.
- There is a dishwasher and washing machine.
- There is a big bathroom with a nice rainfall shower head.
- The extremely comfortable and easy to open double sofa bed is perfect for guests!
