Piso renovado hace cinco años con cocina completamente nueva instalada este mismo año (agosto). Es muy luminoso ya que tiene ventanas que dan a la calle por los dos lados del apartamento. Los muebles son nuevos o de segunda mano pero con mucho estilo con lo que te sentirás en casa enseguida. El barrio es tranquilo ya que se encuentra en Colonia Moscardó, la zona más tranquila de Usera. Está a tres minutos andando del metro y a un minuto de la parada de autobús. Muy bien conectado con zonas como Legazpi, Matadero, Madrid Río y el centro comercial Plaza Río II.
